New Artistic Style Reflects Artist’s Passion for the Sea

  

Los Angeles, CA -- Internationally acclaimed fine artist Synthia SAINT JAMES (designer of the first United States Postal Stamp for the Kwanzaa holiday), unveils a new artistic style in her solo exhibition “SEASCAPES REVISITED”.  Fueled by her passion for the sea, the exhibition opened at one of L.A.’s hottest art galleries 626 Gallery at 626A S. Spring Street on Gallery Row (downtown Los Angeles) Thursday, April 13, ending June 3, 2006.  A festive reception (6 p.m.–9 p.m.) kicked off the seven-week exhibit featuring over thirty NEW original seascapes. The exhibition also features special guest artist, photographer Leroy Hamilton.
